Can I cancel my order?

We normally process your order within 1 business day. It is not possible to cancel your order as soon as it has been processed.

Are your stock levels correct?
Our stock levels are 99.99% correct, so you can be sure that your order will go through. However on the off chance that the product you ordered is not in stock we will contact you to let you know.

I have seen that a lot of your bags are made of Nylon. What is Nylon?

What currency are your prices?
All prices are in Euros.
Some sites that I use for shopping already have my personal information in place so I can check out quickly. Does UDG have a similar set-up?
Yes, UDG will allow you to do a 'fast checkout' if you have previously purchased from us. When you make a purchase, you may enter a username and password and on future purchases you may use the 'fast checkout' by entering your username and password.
I registered and UDG recognized me when I returned. Why do I have to login to make a purchase?
UDG will recognize you when you return, and while we feel that the technology used to do so is reliable enough to greet you by name, we do not want you to have to take the risk of someone else being able to order on your behalf. Your personal information is stored on a secure server and we will not allow access to it unless you can identify yourself with a username and correct password.
I can’t seem to place an order on your website. What’s wrong?
The UDG shopping cart might not be working on your browser because you do not have 'cookies' enabled. Try going to your browser settings and enabling your cookies or at least relax the cookie security setting down one notch.

My Bag is damaged or broken what should I do?
Please read the guarantee section before contacting UDG.
The lifetime Warranty is only for manufacturing flaws, any damage from usage is not covered. Please send an e-mail with a picture showing the manufacturing flaw, original receipt and a short description to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer a warranty on all of your products?
Our guarantee is very straight-forward, and reflects our belief in the high quality of our products. You will probably never encounter a problem with your UDG products. In the unlikely event that within two years from the original purchase you discover a problem caused by defects in either workmanship or materials, we’ll be happy to see that it is fixed (or replaced, if we decide that would be best).
